.We have an automated parts tracking system, that not only allows
us to keep track of your parts but can help us detrmeind your parts
usage. In conjunction with our automated dispatch board we are able
to fully utilize our automated parts tracking and inventory system,
Enabling us to have your replacement parts needed readily available.
DOC offers parts management for our customers. The main storage
and parts management are performed at our main location. Our Technicians
are all set-up as site locations so they can store the needed parts
to perform general repairs. Inventory will be tracked by service
technicians, parts used on equipment, warranty returns, reworked
parts, parts at vendors, and transferring of part in inventory.
DOC offers complete customized reporting to track inventory.
Here at DOC, we have a team of highly qualified professionals reworking
worn parts. These parts are sent back tagged with a brief description
of the problem. DOC will track all warranty and non-warranty parts
to determine if the part needs to be reworked in house. This enables
DOC to save money for our customers and prevents them from spending
unnecessary dollars on new parts.
Due to our relationships with many of our vendors DOC is able to
procure parts that are at a reduced pricing. DOC supplies parts
to offer our customers the value of one stop shopping and to enable
us to guarantee our service technicians’ work and replacement
parts.
